Refund & Exchange Policy

REFUND POLICY
No refunds are issued once garment construction has begun. This includes:
-Pattern making
-Purchasing fabric
-Cutting fabric
-Fittings
-Any stage of physical garment construction

No refunds are issued for:
-Client's change of mind
-Event cancellation
-Weight fluctuations
-Failure to attend scheduled fittings
-If a client cancels their order before construction begins, any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded at the Designer's discretion minus consultation, cost of materials, and garment design.


Exchange
Because every garment is custom made, exchanges are not offered to the client. However, if a pre-made garment is purchased, exchanges are offered. 

Fit adjustments are included. Requests for additional fit adjustments after approval or delivery may incur addional fees. 

Major changes to a garment after construction has begun will be treated as a new project and priced accordingly.
